i really liked the helpful receptionist. The individual answered questions. The person showed us different routes on a map. Breakfast offered FRESH scrambled eggs. I also saw fresh bacon, but did not try it.

the elevator felt a little small. it fit one person with a suitcase.

the front desk staff impressed me. They communicate in English. They also speak Spanish. i really appreciate this multi-lingual SUPPORT. The night portier was friendly and helpful.

i found nice breakfast choices. The hotel serves fresh scrambled eggs. I observed fresh bacon. There also was free cake and wine in reception EACH evening, a really nice touch.

Really good Parisian Stay!

The location is superb! The Bonne Nouvelle metro station is just steps away, providing easy access to the city. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful sleep. I found the staff cute and always ready to assist with directions or recommendations!

The room key policy seemed a bit unusual, requiring me to leave it at reception each time I exited the hotel, still, it was good they kept it safe.

The hotel provides convenient elevator access to all floors, streamlining movement. A luggage storage service allowed me to securely store my bags before check-in and after check-out. It was great!

The hotel's location is a major plus. A metro station is conveniently located right outside. I also appreciated the cleanliness and recent refurbishment of the rooms. The receptionists were particularly kind and friendly .
